Callipygian Grab 2.0 WebSiteMaker Utility |
The WebSiteMaker Utility allows you to construct a professionally formatted website from a directory of images that have been downloaded with Callipygian Grab 2.0. Note that this utility only works with images that have been acquired with CallipygianGrab 2.0; these images contain special “metadata” that indicate the referring URI and source location. The resulting website consists of thumbnails of the downloaded images, and links to the actual image on the website as well as the referring page. You can design your own XSL stylesheet to re-skin the look of the generated pages. Utility Options
1. Choose Image Source Directory Enter a directory name (or Browse to it using the browse button) where images are stored. These must be images that have been downloaded with CallipygianGrab 2.0 2. Name output file The name of the base output file that will be created. If there’s more than 1 page, this name will be the starting point. For example if you said “index.html” and the website had three pages, they would be called index.html. index_1.html, index_2.html Any related assets are stored in a subdirectory under this location named “index_files”, for example 3. Title Of Web Site The title that goes on the top of each generated page 4. Home URL On the bottom of each generated page is a link to return to your website’s main page. Insert that URL (or a URL relative to /) here. 5. Go / Preview when done Create the website. If “Preview when done” is checked, your default browser will launch showing your page when the process is complete. |
